may be offered, and any other premium content that Lewis Capital may
add at a later date. All other portions of the site are without restriction.

can be paid by credit card in a secured environment on a server of
our card acceptance provider. Upon confirmation of payment, your User
Name and Password will be enabled immediately. |

can also be made by personal check (inside the US only) or money order
(non-US subscribers), made payable to Lewis
Capital, Inc. All subscribers paying by check or
money order will have their user name and passwords enabled upon receipt
of payment. (Remember, payment must be received in US dollars.) If
